How many male Arlos do you know, and what part of the country are you in? I have previously thought this was a bit of a try hard name, but it's growing on me!

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Teaandchocolatecake · 25/07/2019 10:12

My friend is in London and has had 2 in her class this year and has one in her class from September.

In my child’s infant school there is only 2 (that I know of) in the entire school (180 children.

I think it is probably more popular in some areas than others.

Teaandchocolatecake · 25/07/2019 10:13

MeanMrMustardSeed · 25/07/2019 10:14

None. South west

MikeUniformMike · 25/07/2019 10:27

Harlow, Essex? I think it's likely to date.

partofyoupoursoutofme · 25/07/2019 10:30

Thanks everyone! I've never met one, I have a 2 year old and know loads of kids, but sometimes names can be clustered in one place. I know of 4 baby Adas and 3 baby Maxes born in the last few months despite not knowing any before. You just can't predict can you!

Know of three in the south east

Frith2013 · 25/07/2019 11:17
  1. Welsh Marches.
Cbeebiesrehab · 25/07/2019 12:08

I know two.
Nice name but I would be concerned it will date-not sure if that matters though? I think like PP said, you may find it is far more popular is certain areas? It feels more like a London/hipster vibe than a classic country vibe.

Knickersononeshead · 25/07/2019 12:09

My friend has an almost 1yo with the name Arlo. Yorkshire area. Lovely name.
