What do we think of Zoe for a girl? We don't live in the UK and I'd like to check what people think of this name if we ever come back. Thanks :)

I love it. Don’t know any children with the name; only my friend who is in her 40s. It’s very pretty.

Lovely name.
Everyone has heard of it - easy to read off a list, easy to spell, yet never over used. Not really 'of an era'. Really like it.

It was my girl name if I had one but I have two boys. Only know two - one grown up, the other is eight.

I love it. It's my best friend's name (40s), and I also know a Zoe in her 70s and one who is 6. It suits them all.

I’ve always thought of it as a cool name. SIL has recently called her baby Zoe and I love it. A few people have said it’s dated but I think it’s classic, in the same realm as Emma, Rachel etc.

Beautiful name, lovely meaning (life). Well known yet not too common. Will be easy for your daughter to learn to write her name. No irritating short versions. What's not to love?

I have one so I love it. Always thought of it as a bit of an 80s name till we researched and found out about the Byzantine empress!

Friends little girl is zoë and it's very pretty but a solid,grown up name too. I was a teacher for 10 years didn't come across any zoës
