Timeless and elegant

Hello,

We now know our fourth is a little girl. :)

After Josephine, Iris and Theodore struggling to decide on a name. Confused

I’d like something timeless and elegant like I feel Josephine and Iris are. Classic but not too popular.

I like the following:

Florence - too popular?
Beatrice - too popular?
Eleanor - but rhymes too much with Theodore?
Alice - too close to Iris
Rose - a 2nd flower, really?
Harriet
Georgiana
Phoebe
Arabella
Elinor
Charlotte - too popular?
Ottilie

Welcoming other suggestions and feedback.

Thank you!!

I'm getting a French vibe for some reason. How about

Cecile
Isabelle
Marguerite
Vivienne
Lēa

You guessed right. Wink We are a bilingual English-French family. Grin

I like Isabelle in your list. Forgot about that one!!

I think Harriet goes best from your list. Otherwise Florence, I wouldn't worry about popularity.

Other suggestions:
Antonia
Claudia
Francesca
Matilda
Penelope

I feel like Charlotte fits with your other names really well. I do like Georgiana best though.

I like Beatrice and Charlotte. I wouldn't say Charlotte is popular anymore particularly.

ShirleyAvenue · 25/05/2019 11:16

Clarissa
Juliet
