I watched a French TV series once where someone was called Oceane, forgot what it was.

I like Osian, or Oisín (which is pronounced more like Uh-sheen so not quite what you’re looking for)
I’ve met a girl called Océane (I assume that was the spelling) pronounced a bit like Oh-she-ann but rather more French than that
