Girls:
Sienna: ok
Isabella: too popular
Thalia: like this, unusual but not out there.
Grace: popular as a middle name, nice but bland.

Boys:
Theo: very popular.
Elias: like not too popular.
Ellis: I prefer it for a girl.

Do you think it is a welsh thing ie Ellis as a boys name?

That is all I have ever known it as and definitely not a girls name Confused

Ellis is traditionally a boys name; it is derived from Elijah. Some people use it as a girl’s name, which I think is quite American (lots of boys names used for girls in America). I’ve only known boy Ellis’s.
I love it by the way!
