Don’t like grace or Ellis, like the rest

Proseccofuelled · 20/05/2019 14:47

I didn’t understand the Indian food comment either
Mumsnet is weird Grin

LemonBreeland · 20/05/2019 14:55

I only like Thalia from your girls list. I like all of the boys names.

Astrid0208 · 20/05/2019 15:00

A thali is like a big Indian platter of different mini things I think. I like Thalia, and Talia as well.

Sienna -Ok
Isabella -pretty but frilly, possibly going out of fashion
Thalia -I like this
Grace- I really like this . Strong as a first name.

Theo-yes
Elias-ok
Ellis- yes.

BertrandRussell · 20/05/2019 15:43

I like Thalia, but people often pronounce it incorrectly, so if that bothers you then I wouldn’t.

FamilyOfAliens · 20/05/2019 16:00

I'm shocked at a pretty well known/common name being thought of as an Indian food!

Why shocked? It’s very similar Hmm

starkid · 20/05/2019 16:31

I like Sienna and Elias most :) I also like Ellis and Grace

lemonjam · 20/05/2019 16:39

I’m not too keen on Sienna but like all the rest, especially your boys names - really love Ellis.

BertrandRussell · 20/05/2019 16:51

I suppose it depends wht you mean by “well known and common”

There are around 60 Thalias a year out of 300.000 girl babies. So not exactly two a penny!
