(Possibly outing) I was at school with a girl called this as her actual name, not a nickname. No one said anything about it (because she was a terrifying bully). But could be cute as your personal nickname for her.

I think it's cute too but I'd probably snicker if I heard someone using the name to call their child but I'm immature

There are so many lovely nicknames for Elizabeth... Zsa Zsa is awful and not even very easy to say.

I know a Zsa Zsa as a family nick name for an Alexandra.

I don’t personally like it - sounds so exotic for a nickname for such a dull name (sorry, not a fan of Elizabeth).

I know someone called Elizabeth but known by everyone as Lally. Don’t know if that’s a common shortening for that name or not but that’s what she goes by at work etc.
