Lottie, but short for Charlotte.

Amelie is only nice in a French accent IMO.

LineEyesForever · 08/03/2019 19:26

Both beautiful! I would be struggling to choose too! However I think I would sway towards Amelie? Or how about Lottie Amelia?

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 08/03/2019 19:26

Lottie

Saffrona · 08/03/2019 19:35

Amelie
Or Lottie short for Charlotte

llangennith · 08/03/2019 19:43

Lottie as a short name for a longer name like Charlotte is nice. Amelie is lovely but a bit too popular.

HighestMountains · 08/03/2019 20:07

Lottie short for Charlotte.

123Flopsy · 08/03/2019 20:19

Lottie but as a nickname for Lotta, Carlotta or Charlotte.

MollyYouInDangerGirl · 08/03/2019 21:21

Ooh I like them both but would probably choose Lottie myself Smile

Sophronia · 08/03/2019 23:43

Lottie if short for Charlotte, Charlotta or Carlotta.

SweetButaPsycho · 08/03/2019 23:57

Charlotte nn.Lottie

Madwithjealousy · 09/03/2019 00:02

Lottie. Just Lottie. Not Charlotte.

vinegarqueen · 09/03/2019 00:44

Either are great, but if you are going for Lottie please use Charlotte. Your teenage or 30-something daughter may really thank you for being able to change up her nickname to something less cute, or have the option to be ”Lottie” to friends and ”Charlotte” to her employer. I have a several friends with the cute shorter version of a name and they all wish they had the longer one.

CruCru · 09/03/2019 02:12

I agree with vinegarqueen.

dreichuplands · 09/03/2019 02:13

I also agree with vinegarqueen

JenSFP · 09/03/2019 10:32

Lottie because I know about ten Amelie’s now Confused

JenSFP · 09/03/2019 10:32

I also agree that Charlotte would be preferable, nn Lottie
