Why not just look at 2016 and 2017 Ons lists of most popular baby names? There's even a regional breakdown.

Arlo also seems to be getting quite popular too. All lovely names. If you find a name you love- just use it. One of my son's has a top 20 name and I only know one other his age (not even at his school). My daughter has a top 50's name and I've not heard of another one yet. My other son has an 'rare' name (which I didn't realise was the case until the midwife at the hospital said they'd never had one - I still think this must be an exaggeration as honestly it's not unheard of!)

Livingthedream44 · 10/01/2019 09:22

Isla, Evie and Ava are still very popular.
As is Isabelle/ Isabella.
I'm also seeing a lot of little Aria's.

Boys - Alfie is still very popular and Oscar.

Surprisingly, I've met a lot of baby David's recently ! When I heard the first time I thought wow don't know if that will make a come back lol , but I've heard a few more since.

ReginaPhalange89 · 10/01/2019 09:35

Also met quite a few Finley's and Finn's.
Can't really remember a particular girls name coming up often tbh.

PickleMeThis · 10/01/2019 09:39

Only boys repeated name is Reuben.

Interestingly, we’ve never met an Amelia/Isla/Ava but we have 2 Cherrys in one group and 2 Pollys in another.

Apparently the rise in Davids started after David Bowie’s death. Never met any though.
