Boys are so hard to name... I'm sick of obsessing over names. I can't say I'm absolutely in love with either name but they are the 2 out of around 700 I've looked at that I really like! I now can't decide which I prefer? Grin

Very different names; to me Jasper is a "naughty" name, Henry an "establishment" one.

tammytoby · 02/01/2019 20:51

Jasper is much more interesting! There are thousands of Henrys already.

tammytoby · 02/01/2019 20:52

What's an 'establishment' name Confused?

RiverMeadow · 02/01/2019 21:42

What does an establishment name mean?

I had a springer spaniel called Jasper

summerlovingliz · 02/01/2019 21:44

Henry

WanderingTrolley1 · 02/01/2019 21:46

Jasper.

EdWinchester · 02/01/2019 21:47

Although I know a springer spaniel named Jasper, I love it a lot more than Henry. I know 7 human Henrys.

OnlyFoolsnMothers · 02/01/2019 21:49

Jasper

57MtPleasantStreet · 02/01/2019 21:50

I know one of each, both are dogs,......

Prefer Henry.

MILHouse · 02/01/2019 21:51

Henry is perfect.

AWishForWingsThatWork · 02/01/2019 21:53

Not keen on either, but I wouldn't use Henry ever, so it would have to be Jasper

WildCherryBlossom · 02/01/2019 22:31

I love Jasper!

ZebraKid71 · 02/01/2019 22:57

I love them both and actually think they'd be excellent sibling names! I'd go jasper just as it would be less popular in my area.

RiverMeadow · 02/01/2019 23:02

Thanks all. I think we've decided on Jasper Smile

Yes yes yes to Jasper!

DramaAlpaca · 02/01/2019 23:04

Good choice, it's nice & just that bit different.

BigusBumus · 02/01/2019 23:20

Jasper for sure.

Sophronia · 02/01/2019 23:24

Jasper is more unusual

GrannyHaddock · 03/01/2019 14:04

By "establishment" I am thinking of Henry as a much-used royal and upper- crust name. Jasper is a racy name to my ear. Both are fine!

TatianaLarina · 03/01/2019 14:20

Jasper.

Henry is more traditional conservative.

ChubRubTheStruggleIsReal · 03/01/2019 14:21

Jasper is a pets name.
Def Henry.. it’s distingushed.

borntobequiet · 03/01/2019 14:21

My springer was also called Jasper. Amazing!

BigBot9 · 03/01/2019 14:22

I know a Jasper. He's pretty cool. Gets called Jass and Jazz.

TheRedFox · 03/01/2019 14:30

I really like Jasper!
