Italian boys names

We moved to Italy a few months ago and are expecting our second child. We have chosen 'Luna' for a girl but are struggling to choose a boys name. We would love an Italian name but it needs to transfer well to England as we plan to move back in a year or so.

Names we like:
Alessio
Alberto (nn Albie)
Elia (DH's idea, I'm not so keen)
Monte (midwives say this is not a normal name here though which we are sad by as we loved the meaning of 'mountain' as we are always up exploring in the mountains).

We are both teachers and in our school names such as Lorenzo, Riccardo, Alessandro and Tomasso are very over used. We'd prefer something a bit different.

Thanks for your help.

My son's best friend growing up in Germany (he is 12) was Albert. So I think all forms of Albert are making a comeback across Europe. He is from a very old family of winemakers, so the old classic names are making a comeback everywhere.
