Not helpful but I honestly thought you were considering "List" for your 3rd girl...

Depends a little what the other 2 are. I really like willow, zoe, maise, poppy
Not so keen on the others.

ernjas · 30/11/2018 20:28

Romy is my favourite.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 30/11/2018 20:29

I like Maisie Romy Rosie.

Marnie?

Sophronia · 30/11/2018 20:34

Maeve is my favourite.

starandson · 30/11/2018 20:38

Love Willow and Zoe, both on my list for future babies.

Shadow1234 · 30/11/2018 20:45

Romy and Willow.

cptartapp · 30/11/2018 20:58

Not keen on any, all a bit infantile except Zoe. I know a newborn Maeve.

lolamooo · 30/11/2018 21:27

I love Lois! Think it’s very underused- elegant and feminine without being cutesy

Twatforahat · 30/11/2018 21:28

Zoe or Maeve. The others a bit twee.

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 30/11/2018 21:30

Romy
Willow
Zoe

I love Romy Lois and Poppy.
Don't like the others

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 30/11/2018 22:18

Also like Willow

DramaAlpaca · 30/11/2018 23:24

My favourite is Zoe. I also like Romy, but only as a nickname for Rosemary.

I agree with a pp that most of the others are very twee, and I don't like twee names. Maisie & Poppy are the twee-est is that a word?

Berniethefastestmilkwoman · 30/11/2018 23:29

I like Willow, Lois and Poppy. All lovely. I like Willow the most.

I think all the names in your list are good names anyway.

areyoubeingserviced · 30/11/2018 23:31

I like Zoe and Romy

Chocolatedeficitdisorder · 30/11/2018 23:35

Amelie (Lee) or Lois (Lo)

RavenWings · 30/11/2018 23:35

Maisie - twee as fuck
Romy - ugh
Willow - pretty
Amelie - this is very bland and boring. Amelie manages to blend into Amelia and also Emily, it's impressive really.
Zoe - nice
Maeve - lovely
Lois - ok
Poppy - meh
Rosie - no. Pretty sounding but infantilising. Would be fine as a nn for Rose, Rosanna etc.

I'd use Maeve, Zoe or Willow.

helpingvsdoinghomework · 30/11/2018 23:54

Maisie - my DD middle name and my late grannys name. Sentimental to me but i don't love it hence middle name status.
Romy - not my style
Willow - adore it but prefer Willa
Amelie- lovely but quite popular
Zoe- really dislike it
Maeve- hideous (so sorry 😘)
Lois - yuck
Poppy - quite sweet but not my choice
Rosie- ok for a nn

Your suggestions are very different in style. Do you like

Mila
Lydia
Thalia
Tamara
Penny

SheHasNotions · 01/12/2018 00:02

Love Maeve.

Lois is a classy kind of name.

Maisie is my least favourite.

nocluenoidea · 01/12/2018 04:04

Okay crossing off Maisie, I agree it's twee and something never felt right about it for that reason. Will be crossing off Rosie and Poppy as well.

I really like Willow but a friend told me it's 'chavvy'? Sorry to use that word 🙈

I’m Irish so Maeve a winner for me

I’m also looking for a name for add number 2, mass the mistake of giving DD1 mh second choice of girls name as her middle name. Now I have a week left to go and still cannot choose a name for DD2!

Hope you don’t mind me jumping in your post OP! I am looking for a Celtic (Scottish/Irish ) name that is strong 💪🏻 but can also be understood across the globe.
All suggestions welcome!

triwarrior · 01/12/2018 04:22

Hmm. Not a fan of any on your list, tbh. I prefer strong names:

Maren
Eden
Astrid
Mette

nocluenoidea · 01/12/2018 05:11

I don't like those 'strong' names as they just sound too harsh

Babymammy · 01/12/2018 05:58

I like Willow & Romy

What about Roma ?
