I like Eric and Fabian best.

I do like Ned too, but it means ‘chav’ in Scotland, which I find off putting, (because I have a not-so-secret-secret-dream to move back to Edinburgh one day)!

Phineas with Finn as a nickname! As you’ll probably shorten their name anyway like Algy and Ike.

I knew a really cool boy called Phineas when I was a young teen. I still love the name, but say it does not work well with our surname. His brother wa named Kingsley, which I also quite like, though not as much as Phin...

Ned would be my choice.
I don’t dislike your other possibles at all, but to me none of them go as well with Algy, Clement and Ike as Ned does.
