Could this name suit a girl? What is your opinion?

Why do some parents want to make life difficult for their DC?
It's a boy's name ffs.

MikeUniformMike · 27/10/2018 13:16

No.

SilverySurfer · 27/10/2018 19:21

Horrible

MrMeSeeks · 27/10/2018 19:28

Love it, but only for a girl

LotsToThinkOf · 27/10/2018 19:39

Great name to attract a lot of attention...

IzzyGrey · 28/10/2018 11:57

It is unisex and I think it's awesome for a girl!

IsTheRainEverComingBack · 28/10/2018 15:54

@IzzyGrey on what planet has it ever been unisex?

pixieloux · 28/10/2018 17:31

It’s only just charted for girls in the top 1000s in the US, last year. BNOG is a very ‘in’ thing there and it’s only just charted despite a popular TV Show... I think a girl Spencer would get more than a few Hmm reactions in the UK.

Kelsey Grammer (of Frasier game) has a daughter is called Spencer Karen Grammer so perhaps it's more American?
I see no reason why it wouldn't work for a girl if you paired it with a more feminine sounding middle name?

greathat · 28/10/2018 17:44

Hideous name anyway, even worse for a girl

hallodarknessmyoldfriend · 28/10/2018 18:02

I like it, but it also depends if you are in the US or not. I think it might be considered a boys name in the UK.

Twelve8Ts · 28/10/2018 20:13

Love this. Think it’s pretty cool for a teenager too!

I love it; same with names like Blair, Blake etc for girls sound great to me.
