What do you think of when you hear the name

Juliet?

The name has a link to our surname but it’s not a recent link. I just want to see if anyone thinks of it before completely writing off the name as a no.

What's wrong with Lewis? I'm missing something here!

@nocluenoidea there was (is?) an actress in the 1980s called Juliette Lewis. Trying to figure out if she’s obscure enough that if I do decide on Juliet that I won’t get looked at like and it be thought I’m naming her after the actress

Mainly 90's (she was everywhere then) but she has been in a lot of things since, just not big things. Probably most notable recent one is August:Osage County with Julia Roberts and Meryl Streep a few years ago - unless her career has a resurgence I'd say the only people that would make the connection are hovering around the 40 mark because she tended to be in the dark edgy Tarantino type films (so for example my parents probably wouldn't recognise the name)

I think it's fine , I do remember Juliette Lewis but I don't think anyone born now would make the link.

One of my favourite people is called Juliet, so I really like it!

I don't think anyone would make that link! I've never heard of the actress though so might not be the best to make that judgment
