Rate these names

Looking for opinions on the following names from my shortlist:

Boys:
Eden
Lupin
Remus
Sylvester (nn Sylver)

Girls:
Bindi
Gypsie
Panda
Peri
Quinn
Tig

None.

Quite like Eden but for a girl. Quinn is ok.

Quinn is nice.

I’m sorry I don’t like any of the others at all.

Please don’t name her Panda.

And remus and lupin, are you a Harry Potter fan by any chance?!

The only boys name is Eden
The only girls name is Quinn

Other than that it seems like you are just trying too hard.

@GoodHeavensNoImAChicken I'm not actually, must be coincidental!! These are my more out there names, I've got more normal ones on my list but was looking for opinions on the unusual ones

I can't rank them I don't like any as they aren't actual names.

Can see what the reaction is though, will most likely stick to the more normal ones! 😂

All horrific. Eden or Tig at a push would be the ones I’d chose.

I would say Eden but for a girl, and Quinn but for a boy! A friend of a friend has a boy called Elden which is similar?

Not at all keen on the others.

Quinn is ok and Eden for a girl. The rest all sound like pet names.

@changingoftheguard Quinn was on the boys list too actually, I was torn between whether I preferred it for a girl or a boy!

Eden is nice for a girl, as is Quinn but I don’t like any of the other names...

I think it’s more suited for a boy but Eden and Quinn are lovely little names.

Boys:
Eden -blah
Lupin -a flower
Remus -Romulus, twins, their mom was a wolf
Sylvester (nn Sylver) -cartoon cat

Girls:
Bindi -sequin for your forehead
Gypsie -twee
Panda -a bear
Peri - menopause
Quinn -a surname
Tiger - woolly

Wouldn't do any of these! Pandora is nice and you could nickname to Panda. I think with any of these your child would be bracing themselves for raised eyebrows/comments every time they introduced themselves...

Eden and quinn are the nicest two.

Eden and Quinn are unisex so you could get away with both. I prefer Quinn for a boy but it has usage for girls so nobody would bat an eyelid. Eden is predominantly feminine in usage which is something to think about - Den as a NN may add a more masculine feel to it.

I personally wouldn’t use any of the others especially not Bindi, Gypsie, Tiger and Panda.

Eden and Lupin are girl's names. I like Sylvester.

Bindi - Bindi Irwin. I like it.
Gypsie - jesus no.
Panda - Pandora, if you must (better to be named after ugly jewellery than that!)
Peri - Written as Perry, sure. Not great but ok.
Quinn - better on a boy
Tig - Meghan Markles old blog, or a cat.
