William Edward, (Bill)
Robert Milligan (Bob)

Both born turn of the century.

Scottish one has his mother's maiden name as a middle name. A hacker's dream! Wink

ChuffingNorah · 27/08/2018 14:58

@MawkishTwaddle, I like Ebor! It’s got a nicer ring to it than Gervil. I did love Grandad Gerv...but by god, that name!

pinkchampagne1 · 27/08/2018 14:59

Albert

Laniakea · 27/08/2018 15:00

John (known as Jack) & William (known as Gareth) - both would be in their 90s now.

MawkishTwaddle · 27/08/2018 15:00

I kind of like it, but not enough to have used it.

It's all over the place in York, which is where his family was from, but used for businesses rather than people.

Dick (gone out of fashion funnily enough, ahem!)

Pondering1 · 27/08/2018 15:01

My grandfather and father were both John. My son is Jack - which actually comes from the name John - a kind of tribute to them without using the exact name again xx
