Venetia or Elise?

our family would never tire of viennetta "jokes" so i vote elise.

I think both are beautiful but I'd pick Venetia.

Elise for sure, it's really pretty :) The first thing that came to my head was Venetian blind, I think that association might be too strong.

If I'm honest, I also thought blinds when I read Venetia. It also sounds a bit like a mean girl name. Elise is lovely. Also one of my favourite songs is 'A perfect Day Elise' by PJ Harvey.

Venetia, apart from Viennetta, reminds me of Venetians as in the blinds.
