None of these names go with Ian. It's a very boring mans name. Like calling a girl Rosie Trevor, Katie Wayne or Matilda Barry.

Dont use Blair if you are set on using Ian as a middle name because then she will have two very masculine sounding names which she may not like if she turns out to be into traditionally 'feminine' stuff.

And I dont think that 'Ian' is bad as a middle name because it will read like she just has a double barrelled surname. We have several members of our family with the middle name 'Blacker' both male and female, to commemorate that side of the family.

No wouldn't have Ian with Luna, hence why it's just Luna on its own but I hate luna.

Minnie Ian sounds like when someone calls their kid 'Mini Dave' cause they look like their Dad named Dave.

Just use whatever first name you want (except Minnie) cause I don't think any will go with Ian for a girl. It's nice that you want to honour a family member but it really is a very boring very male name. It's my brothers middle name and him, me and my sisters always laugh at the fact he was given that middle name. We just can't understand why my parents would have chosen it cause we don't have very common first names.
