Which do you prefer? Based on looks and sound, as opposed to practicality, if that makes sense. Thanks! Smile

P.S. suggestions for similar sounding names are more than welcome!

Seraphina

violeticecream · 19/07/2018 20:46

I really love the name seraphina.

bridgetreilly · 19/07/2018 20:46

Seraphina, but I'm not much of a fan of either, tbh.

Polly2345 · 19/07/2018 20:46

Cassandra makes me think of Only Fools and Horses.

DramaAlpaca · 19/07/2018 20:47

Seraphina

Lobsterquadrille2 · 19/07/2018 20:48

Not keen on Seraphina, because I knew one who was completely up herself. Love Cassandra.

LaPufalina · 19/07/2018 20:50

Both pretty but yes to the only fools and horses link!
My friend has just had a Cassiopeia (cassie) and I think that's stunning!

LeeMiller · 19/07/2018 20:53

Seraphina is nice but the only one I've met got shortened to Sera/Sarah which is a bit boring in comparison, whereas Cass/Cassie is lovely.

AnyaMoondial · 19/07/2018 23:32

Cassandra

RedDwarves · 20/07/2018 00:56

Seraphina.

HerRoyalNotness · 20/07/2018 01:34

Séraphina or Séraphine

It was on my list, wish I’d used it

FlyingMonkeys · 20/07/2018 01:48

Seraphina - but I'm massively favouring Mary and Jane as my current go to names so potentially ignore me.

RedDwarves · 20/07/2018 03:04

Séraphina or Séraphine

Why the accents? It's not a French name...

HeyDolly · 20/07/2018 04:19

Cassandra. Mainly because I love Cassie or Cassia as nns.

brodiee · 20/07/2018 04:33

Love seraphina

How about Delphine?

Icklepup · 20/07/2018 10:50

Cassandra

MikeUniformMike · 20/07/2018 10:51

Cassandra. I'm not keen on it but Seraphina is dreadful.

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 20/07/2018 11:12

Cassia?

Sessy19 · 20/07/2018 12:51

I knew a beautiful Seraphina, it was shortened to Sefa.

I also knew two complete twats called Cassandra...both were Cassies

TatianaLarina · 20/07/2018 14:48

Both nice.

TroubledLichen · 20/07/2018 14:51

Prefer Cassandra. Seraphina is nice but a bit frilly for my tastes.

greendale17 · 20/07/2018 14:52

Cassandra belongs in the 80s

daisypond · 20/07/2018 18:30

I prefer Cassandra. I don't make any Only Fools and Horses associations. I just think ancient Greek character - who admittedly didn't have a happy time of things. Seraphina seems too frilly but it's pretty enough.

Perfectly1mperfect · 20/07/2018 18:35

I think Seraphina looks and sounds better. I think one of Ben Afflecks daughters has this name.
