I have a Biff (my son refused to call my daughter Violet by her actual name for 7 months,calling her ‘this baby’ but mispronounced ‘this’ so it was ‘Biff baby’
And a Taffa (Tabitha,but once again the little ones couldn’t pronounce it!)
They’ve both stuck 💜

I once met a v posh Helen who introduced herself to me as Hell's Bells. Not sure what my face did with that information, but I recall that the conversation ended with me saying 'Err, I'm Maid.' I'm quite the conversationalist....

She was exactly as posh as it sounds too - sussex private boarding school job...
