Shmithecat · 28/04/2018 13:54

Natalie is a beautiful name. Not fussed on Natalia. Sounds a bit try hard to me.

LoveInTokyo · 28/04/2018 14:25

I love Natalie.

I would pronounce Natalia like Nat-aaal-ee-ya.

MikeUniformMike · 28/04/2018 14:26

Nat-ahl-ya.
Natalie is nice but sounds like Na'erly in Eastenders.

MikeUniformMike · 28/04/2018 14:27

Natasha is better

ShmooBooMoo · 28/04/2018 14:27

Natalie. For some reason Natalia sounds like a weird mispronunciation of Nutella Grin Yes, definitely. I always think Noelle is similar to Natalie and also beautiful.

TatianaLarina · 28/04/2018 14:41

Natalie.

Cosmoa · 28/04/2018 15:04

Natalia

MrsMaryMooFace · 28/04/2018 15:09

Love the name Natalia. Nat-arrr-leea

pipilangstrumpf · 28/04/2018 16:20

Where are you getting the R from? That sounds awful. I prefer Natalie but I'd pronounce Natalia as Nat-a-lia, there is no r.

TatianaLarina · 28/04/2018 17:56

In Italian and Spanish it’s Natalia (as in cat)

In Russian & E. Europe it’s pronounced Nutulia.

Don’t know why people would think it would be Natarrlia.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 28/04/2018 18:53

Natalia.

Sophronia · 28/04/2018 18:55

Natalia

tryingtocatchthewind · 28/04/2018 18:55

Natalie is a lovely name and it’s not too popular anymore. It was on my shortlist.

pinkpanther84 · 28/04/2018 18:56

Natalia, and I would pronounce it Nat-aah-leea

CPtart · 28/04/2018 19:05

Natalie. My all time favourite girls name.
Natalia is too fussy and over-thought.

EinsteinsArousedSausagesHCB · 28/04/2018 19:11

Natalie.

TatianaLarina · 28/04/2018 19:23

Overthought?

Confused

Natalia female version of Latin Natale. The languages it comes from don’t have ie endings.

The ie ending is only English, German, Dutch etc.

Ceebs85 · 28/04/2018 22:25

Much prefer Natalie

applesandpears56 · 28/04/2018 22:30

Natalia with nn talia or tallie

AnElderlyLadyOfMediumHeight · 28/04/2018 22:41

I love Natalia. Prob would have gone for it had I ever had a Christmas baby girl.

Buntysoven · 28/04/2018 22:41

Natalia because Talia is so pretty

Donotbequotingmeinbold · 28/04/2018 22:47

Natalie is lovely. I can't say Natalia without putting on an Italian accent which becomes annoying from the start.

MrsMaryMooFace · 29/04/2018 08:20

Where are you getting the R from? That sounds awful. I prefer Natalie but I'd pronounce Natalia as Nat-a-lia, there is no r.

Don’t know why people would think it would be Natarrlia.

Because the 2 I've met pronounced it like that? The R was for effect, I was trying to explain it's a long A. Na-taa-lia. Like Tahlia with a Na in front Confused no need to be rude about it!!!
