Jude or Miles?

Just that - which do people prefer?

Jude. I'm not a fan of Miles

Am biased as I have an 8 year old Jude. I still love it and wouldn't have chosen anything else

When considering baby names I imagine meeting someone with that name.
Jude makes me nod slowly and think 'cool'.
Miles makes me scream internally and think 'twat'.

Deffo prefer Jude but was concerned it’s in frequent use currently. Don’t know if that’s an issue.

I wouldn't worry about it being in use. Two of mine have fairly unusual names and other something more common. The names all 'fit' together though and the less obscure one has a mug with his name on and sometimes meets other kids on the playground with the same name which he loves and makes the others jealous!

Miles, slightly, but to be honest, I don't love either.

Definitely Miles for me. I know several small Judes and think it's an awful name for a boy. Plus it does make me think of Jude the Obscure which is such a sad book.
