Name Blake for a boy... what do you think?

What do you think of the name Blake for a boy ? Is it a good name?

For me it’ll always be Amy Winehouse’s dodgy husband and her awful boob tattoo. But I do like the name.

Can it be a sophisticated name?

I quite like it. There is a poet/author called Blake Morrison.
It does sound a bit like Flake though.

I am not concerned about the connection with Amy Winehouse husband because when our son is growing up that is a old story same aged Children don’t even know.

I like it for a boy. I'm not normally keen on surnames for first names, but I do like Blake. Hate it for a girl, though.
