Sugarpiehoneyeye · 18/01/2018 19:13

Harry is lovely.

DramaAlpaca · 18/01/2018 19:15

Never heard the arse thing, must be regional.

I like Harris.

JeremiahBackflip · 18/01/2018 19:18

Love the name. It's an island. It's beautiful.

readytostart · 18/01/2018 19:21

Never heard the arse thing either, I like Harris.

starzig · 18/01/2018 19:31

I love it. Very surprised at the hatred. Also very surprised for the preference of Harry. Harris sounds modern, Harry reminds me of old men.

Weedsnseeds1 · 18/01/2018 19:36

Arse is Aris not Harris.
Aris - Aristotle- bottle - bottle and glass - arse

Willrunforgin · 18/01/2018 19:47

Yep cute x

The connections to Rolf Harris are slightly ridiculous. I know a 4 year old Harris and not once have I ever thought, 'oh, like Rolf Harris.' That's like connecting the name Morgan to Piers Morgan, or the name Oliver to Jamie Oliver.

Harris is a perfectly lovely name, and quite normal in Scotland!

First thought: Academy

But I am a teacher

It's a surname. Really dislike this current trend for surnames as first names.

Oysterbabe · 19/01/2018 10:09

I immediately thought arse too.
