I think Evangelica (and probably Greta too) is far more unique that Samantha and India. Samantha is perhaps fairly unusual for a child now, though it was very popular in the 80s and 90s. I've never heard the name Evangelica before in fact.

I'm not really sure where you're going with the whole 'Lil thing. It's not something I've ever seen before. Presumably it means 'little' and is used in the same way some Americans use Jr?
I'd avoid Lil'Timmy because you will get people like me being facetious over Tiny Tim.
I don't like the idea at all but if you had to, then how about something one syabble so it kind of bends and becomes one name: Lil'Bob, Lil' James, Lil'John, Lil'Mark.
