If an Aubrey was written on your class list, would you think boy or girl?

  • I meant boy!
Lemondrop99 · 29/08/2017 16:01

I'd want it to be a boy but probably assume it's a girl. It's a name I like but got struck off the list as girls have "stolen" it to the point that most people I know think it's a girl only name and raised their eyebrows when I suggested it for a boy

Lemondrop99 · 29/08/2017 16:02

Just to clarify, I'd assume girl simply because it seems to be used more widely for girls these days. Rare to come across a male Aubrey

MammieBear · 29/08/2017 16:57

Boy all the way!

daisypond · 29/08/2017 20:53

Oysterbabe · 29/08/2017 22:17

I would assume elderly man too.

Boy, unless I was in America in which case I'd think girl (much like Ashley)

AberdeenAngusina · 01/09/2017 21:50

Boy. But I've never actually met an Aubrey.

BubbleAnimal · 01/09/2017 21:53

Boy.

Lookingtothehighlands · 03/09/2017 09:05

The two I knew were old men when I was a child so they'd be about 120 now.

Will we find out tomorrow op? Don't forget to update us!

meanapparently · 05/09/2017 09:22
