Girl because of Aubrey Plaza.

Scabz · 28/08/2017 17:16

Girl, but the only one I know of is in the US

NoCapes · 28/08/2017 17:17

Girl

absolutelyclueless · 28/08/2017 17:17

Boy. But I only know this because of an episode of Only Fools and Horses when it was revealed to be Boycie's middle name and he was mercilessly mocked (I assumed because it was thought to sound feminine.)

AntideluvianCat · 28/08/2017 17:17

It's a boys name.

I used to know a couple (male / female) called Aubrey & Audrey.

SuperUnicorn · 28/08/2017 17:18

Boy. I have a male relation called Aubrey, so I think boy first.

RedastheRose · 28/08/2017 17:18

In the U.K. boy, never heard it as a girls name at all.

GrumpyOldBag · 28/08/2017 17:18

Boy. And I'd assume he was named after the aesthete Aubrey Beardsley.

ineedwine99 · 28/08/2017 17:19

Girl, I know of 2 baby Aubrey/Aubree

FiveStarService · 28/08/2017 17:20

I have no idea. Could you ask your Dc?

didntshe · 28/08/2017 17:22

Ask my DC what? Grin they're 2 and 3.

lynmilne65 · 28/08/2017 17:22

boy

DerelictWreck · 28/08/2017 17:22

I've only ever heard of it as girl! Yes mainly in the US but not as a trashy name or anything; I think it's lovely!

emochild · 28/08/2017 17:27

Does it not say on your class list?

Ours prints off a little m or f thank goodness because I've spent hours googling names in the past

I would think girl

grasspigeons · 28/08/2017 17:28

Boy

KindleBueno · 28/08/2017 17:30

Girl

MaisyPops · 28/08/2017 17:31

Girl to me, but it is unisex.

CotswoldStrife · 28/08/2017 17:34

Boy (you'll have to update us when you know for sure!).

bekindtome · 28/08/2017 17:35

I also think girl. It was on my dd2 baby name list on the girls side.

Owlettecatboy · 28/08/2017 17:38

Boy!

Bobbins43 · 28/08/2017 17:38

Boy

Ditsy1980 · 28/08/2017 17:40

I'd always have said boy but now I know a baby girl Aubrey...
Still think it's a boys name though!

EllieMentry · 28/08/2017 17:45

Boy. It's a boy's name (apparently sometimes used for a girl these days...).
