Like everyone else I prefer Susannah x

SuperBeagle · 27/07/2017 19:58

Very dated. I don't like it at all.

therootoftheroot · 27/07/2017 19:59

it's really pretty

DurhamDurham · 27/07/2017 20:01

I like it, didn't think I would but I keep saying it and I think it's a lovely name. Just as long as you don't mind nicknames/name shortening Smile

OrlandaFuriosa · 27/07/2017 20:02

Prefer Susanna.

But love the Leonard Cohen song.

MikeUniformMike · 27/07/2017 20:10

It's a bit dated as it was very popular in the 1960s and 1970s. I like Susan, Suzanne and Susannah. Susanna(h) would probably be the most popular nowadays. Susie is cute.

MikeUniformMike · 27/07/2017 20:11

I really like Susan.

Tilapia · 27/07/2017 20:16

I like it - and Susannah too.

Icewindfire98 · 27/07/2017 20:19

Love susannah
No to Suzanne

SuburbanRhonda · 27/07/2017 20:23

How about Violet? That's a nice name.

Yeah, right, how about choosing a random alternative that the OP didn't ask for and that's completely different in every way from Suzanne. Great idea.

Ellieboolou27 · 27/07/2017 20:26

Love it, mainly as it's my mums name and she's amazing so I'm bias

HorridHenrietta23 · 27/07/2017 20:29

I absolutely love it although I prefer Suzannah. The trouble is that I'd never choose it as I hate Sue as a derivative.

SerfTerf · 27/07/2017 20:30

Susannah

mondler · 27/07/2017 21:31

I love it. I find Susan dated but not Suzanne

CaoNiMartacus · 27/07/2017 21:57

I like it (it's not a million miles from my own name) but I only ever hear it in Karl Pilkington's voice in my head!

user1487175389 · 27/07/2017 22:04

Leonard Cohen. Or Crazy Eyes.

chips4teaplease · 27/07/2017 22:06

My post is better than yours, ducks.

Buntysoven · 28/07/2017 00:07

Much prefer Susannah

Carouselfish · 28/07/2017 00:09

I live in a village of 30ish houses. There are 6 Sues, ranging from 38 to 67. I don't think it's quite due a revival yet.

Greenifer · 28/07/2017 00:27

Susannah is great. Susan is awful. Suzanne is dated. Sue is beyond the pale (but might be quite cool in twenty years or so).

Joeybee · 28/07/2017 00:31

Very dated, I couldn't imagine it on a baby at all. I'm not fan of Sue, Suzie as nicknames either.

Pallisers · 28/07/2017 00:35

I like it. And she will have an unusual name if that is what you want. Don't get this "dated" bit for fairly classic names either - yeah Wayne and Dwayne and Sharon and Tracy might be of their time but variations of Susan have been around forever.

Can't understand the love for Violet at all.

WhatToDoAboutThis2017 · 28/07/2017 00:36

Way too dated. I don't like it.

FlyingFox95 · 28/07/2017 04:18

Crazy eyes. Enough said.

Imstickingwiththisone · 28/07/2017 04:27

Suzi is a cute nickname for a little one. Imagine being a teenage Sue though Sad
