1 is how it is traditionally pronounced. I've never heard anyone say adda. Sounds like the snake, to me.

Aida is pronounced eye - ee -duh, not Ada.

Depends where you live.

In Germany and Scandinavia it is Ah-da.

In English speaking countries it's Ay-da.

I'm guessing in French and Spanish it would be Ah-da too.

If I saw the name written down I would assume the bearer was female, and that the name was pronounced as 1 on your list.

However, I work with a male Ada who pronounces his name like 3 on your list.
