What image does the name conjure? (Aside from the actress) Like a girlie girl, tomboy etc

I love the name Mila.... it's on my middle names list (first name already picked) but my surname starts with an M so sounds a little silly. But think it is such a beautiful name :)

Mila means darling in Czech and some other languages.

In Russian, Mila means lovely, kind of good. I think it's very pretty but I might not if it wasn't for the meaning if that makes sense?!
