April or Violet?

Which do you prefer (and why) Note she won't be born in April! Thanks

First impressions, Violet. It's classic. Although i havev a feeling its going to increase in popularity this year.
However April is quirky, slightly retro and could grow on me the more I think about it.

April. Love it.

Violet is also pretty, but very popular.

And ignore the people that say you can't call her April unless she is born in April. That is nonsense!

My relative is April. She was born in May!
It's a gorgeous name. Def a bit quirky.

I much prefer Violet. No particular reason, I just find it a more appealing name.

Really not a fan of Violet, just looks like violent written down and I think it's arduous to pronounce so people often say 'vi-let'
