Boys name to match Effie

Looking for a boys name to match my daughters name. Maybe something quite old fashioned with a quirky nickname? TIA

We settled as soon as I found out we had conceived that if this one was a boy (which he is) he would be a Felix, which I think is very cute :)

Effie is the name of a character in Hunger Games. So is Haymitch. They get together at some point. I don't think sleeping meant that as a jibe? Bit of a shit jibe if she did tbh .
