I've seen it a lot here and online it says it is quite high up the list but not sure in that's in England or America. Also do you like it : approve? :) Wouldn't like it to be everywhere Shock

The only Hazel I know is a very cute Jack Russell who belongs to my friend.

I like the name a lot.

Jooni · 12/06/2017 20:06

I like it and it's not very popular in England and Wales at all at #219 last year. More popular in the States and climbing here but still not overused at all. Go for it!

DarkFloodRises · 12/06/2017 20:07

I don't know any Hazels. I like it.

ImADingleDangleScarecrow · 12/06/2017 20:08

I only know two - one who is 40 and the other is in her 60s. Have never come across a young Hazel so I don't think it's overused. Certainly not in my area anyway.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 12/06/2017 20:28

Only know two Hazel's, both mature ladies 70 plus.
It's a nice name.

KeiraKnightleyActsWithHerTeeth · 12/06/2017 20:30

I know of one baby Hazel and two bloggers who have recently called their babies Hazel.

Muddlingalongalone · 12/06/2017 20:31

I know 2 baby Hazel's - lovely name

user1497292938 · 12/06/2017 21:07

It's a really lovely name. I only know one and she's in her 20s.

EnglishRose1320 · 12/06/2017 21:57

I have known of three my entire life, one must be 30's, one 40/50's and one in her 60's

Mrsknackered · 12/06/2017 22:07

I really like it, I don't know any

Mothervulva · 12/06/2017 22:11

There are two in my daughter's nursery. (London).

RuthB4 · 12/06/2017 22:12

According to the darkgreener website it's currently number 219.
I love it!

user1471456357 · 12/06/2017 22:14

I'm sure I recall some celebrity with a baby Hazel.

Riderontheswarm · 12/06/2017 22:15

I like it a lot and I don't know any. I suggested using it when I was pregnant but my DH used to work with one, didn't like her and couldn't get past it.

IWantACheeseburger · 12/06/2017 22:19

I know two, one is me and the other is in her 40s.
It's a great name, I love that it's unusual.

indigox · 12/06/2017 22:20

I know three, a child, 20-something and an OAP.

poorbuthappy · 12/06/2017 22:23

I met my one and only Hazel this weekend.
She was fabulous so I say yes.

Mulch · 12/06/2017 22:25

I love the name Hazel it was on my shortlist if we'd had a girl

NennyNooNoo · 12/06/2017 22:25

As long as your surname isn't Nutt...

I think it's nice and quite unusual. I've only ever known one Hazel and she would be in her 40s now.

BackforGood · 12/06/2017 22:26

I don't know any that are under 70.
Probably due for a resurge in popularity.

It's a nice name Smile
