We wouldn't spell it Ciaran (have absolutely no connection to Ireland - people would struggle with the spelling!)

Noah is so common amongst boys under 6 round here, it hardly serves to identify them at all!

Kieran. Noah is way too peaky imho. When your son is an adult everyone will know his age just from his name. Kieran is more timeless.

Noah is EVERYWHERE but it's a nice name.

Kieran is rarer but I don't like it as much.

My kids do a martial art. We live in very small town in southern England. There are 3 Noah's in our martial art school!
I don't like Kieran though!

Kieran - Noah just reminds me of a very stroppy child saying 'No' emphatically!!!
