Jemima.

Dislike the other two.

VintagePerfumista · 24/03/2017 06:47

Georgina or Jemima.

Felicity is too frilly.

The other two are lovely.

Pemba · 24/03/2017 06:47

Georgina, just like the sound of it and Georgie is such a cute nickname.

Ecureuil · 24/03/2017 06:47

Felicity, but I'm biased Smile

Jooni · 24/03/2017 06:56

I love Jemima!

Tinnie88 · 24/03/2017 07:04

Georgina, although I prefer Georgia. But Georgina is a good strong name whilst still being feminine.

I knew a Felicity once though who was a constant over-enthusiastic annoyance so that name is ruined for me. Jemima I just think duck.

CPtart · 24/03/2017 07:09

Georgina.
Felicity.

Jemima- infantile.

Sophronia · 24/03/2017 07:23

Georgina or Jemima

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 24/03/2017 07:24

Jemima

Susiethetortoiseshellcat · 24/03/2017 07:30

Love Jemima and Felicity. Georgina sounds a little dated to me but could be because I went to school with a couple.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 24/03/2017 09:22

Jemima, though I do like Georgina !

INeedNewShoes · 24/03/2017 09:25

I would be worried about 'puddleduck'...

I think Georgina is a fab name because it ticks lots of boxes: Georgina is a good classic name, Georgie is a cool nickname, and there are other nickname options too with George and Gina.

I quite like Felicity (Flick) too.

TheNaze73 · 24/03/2017 09:27

Felicity or Georgina.

Jemima, reminds me of Play School however, I am ancient, so ignore me Wink

Ilovewillow · 24/03/2017 09:28

Georgina is lovely and gives you plenty of scope.

Littleballerina · 24/03/2017 09:37

Jemima is my favourite.
I love Felicity but all of the ones that I know get shortened to Fliss which sounds awful.
Georgina is ok but prefer Georgia.

HastyShopper · 24/03/2017 09:39

Falicity goes to 'Flick' doesn't it?

BounceBounceSplishSplash · 24/03/2017 09:39

Jemima is my favourite though it's never really been that popular on MN previously.

I'm not keen on Georgina.

Yogagirl123 · 24/03/2017 09:41

I love Felicity, can I throw Verity into the mix! Another name I loved.

Ecureuil · 24/03/2017 09:57

My Felicity is just a Felicity, no shortenings. She corrects anyone who calls her Fliss.

SuperBeagle · 24/03/2017 10:22

Georgina.

However, the Georgina I know always gets called Georgia mistakenly. She was born at a time when Georgia was an extremely popular name though, so it might not be as much of an issue for a Georgina born in 2017.

flipside1 · 24/03/2017 10:59

I'm a Felicity! And think the name is the biggest gift my parents gave me. The Latin root (happiness) has morphed into romance languages with lovely meanings (felicidad', felicitatione etc) that Europeans love to call me by my full name. However, they are the only ones! Unlike other Felicity's, I have had Flip since I was about 4, which has become: Flipperdoodle, Flipobama, Fliperoonie, Flipster, Flipsider, Flippers, you get the idea, I have more nicknames I can remember, And I love it. I've been only met about 3 others, but it is very recognisable and lovely meaning to boot. Good luck.

Rockaby · 24/03/2017 12:22
  1. Jemima (love it)!
  2. Felicity (really like this too, though not quite as much as Jemima)
  3. Georgina (not keen on Georgina or Georgia personally, but I do like Georgiana)
DeleteOrDecay · 24/03/2017 12:27

I love Felicity.

AdaColeman · 24/03/2017 12:29

Felicity is fabulous and fantastic!

marmitecheesetoast · 24/03/2017 13:26

I like Georgina best, followed by Felicity.
