I am so stuck for a name for my third son due in a week and a half. I have a Charlie and an Alfie already. These are the names I'm considering so far.

Boys
Bodhi
Hunter
Jack
Rudy

I like Jack best from your list. I think it goes with Charlie and Alfie really well.

I don't think Bodhi goes at all; it seems a different sort of name.

Dobinette · 07/03/2017 22:57

Jack

Ipushedmygrannyaffabus · 07/03/2017 23:22

Rowan
Arthur
Archer

I think jack goes well and Rudy is fab! Not keen on Bodhi, mainly cos I'm not sure how to pronounce it - is it 'Body?'

Joeybee · 08/03/2017 00:09

Charlie, Alfie and Jack go best together as a sibling set. Bodhi is a nice name. I like Hunter, but it reminds me of a pet rather than a child tbh.

wobblywonderwoman · 08/03/2017 00:50

Jack is the best match from your list. I think the others are a different type

Charlie, Alfie...

I would do for Vinnie, Eddie, Louis or similar

mum2be2boys · 08/03/2017 16:25

My favourite from your list is Jack, I think it goes nicely with the sibling names.

How about...

Charlie, Alfie and Billy
Charlie, Alfie and Noah
Charlie, Alfie and Ollie
Charlie, Alfie and Joseph (nn Joey)
Charlie, Alfie and Dexter
Charlie, Alfie and Freddie

(A mixture - some which keep the 'ee' sound at the end to 'match' siblings, some others!)

Oysterbabe · 08/03/2017 20:26

Rudy is top of our boy list so gets my vote.

Chocolatecake12 · 08/03/2017 21:28

Oliver goes really well and nn Ollie is great!
Toby
Isaac
Joey
Jacob
Oscar

ToastVacuum · 08/03/2017 21:48

OP, every time I saw your thread the name Brian came into my head (and I decided not to suggest it). Then figured out it was due to the "Blessed" in your username!

Joinourclub · 08/03/2017 21:59

I think jack matches your other boys names the best. But I love Rudy!

Freddie
Ted
Sam
Ben
Stan

Dixiestamp · 09/03/2017 00:22

'Charlie, Alfie and Jack' sort of rolls off the tongue and 'sounds right'. I like Harry, Ollie and Freddie from other suggestions too.

Blessedwithboys · 09/03/2017 09:38

Thank you all so much, the baby's great grandad is Hunter and his grandads middle name that's why I was thinking I might use it. I agree Jack definitely goes best with Charlie and Alfie. Bodhi is pronounced Bow-dy but my partner is now saying he doesn't like it anyway. I like Felix but everyone has been really negative about it and my partner said it's a cats name 😂.
I do want a name that goes well with the two I already have but also my taste in names has changed a lot since then as they're 9 and nearly 11 and I only settled for Alfie then because I found choosing a name so hard. Neither were named for a while after the births.

I do like Joey as well from the suggestions and Stan (Stanley). Maybe once he's born and I see his little face I'll know.

zjma6 · 03/04/2017 13:17

I know a jack Alfie and a Charlie jack is good

buttercup54321 · 03/04/2017 23:43
