I like both but if it concerns you, Noah seems to be mega popular (even round here, where no-one deigns to give their child a popular name, there are quite a lot), so I'd go for Riley.

SteviebunsBottrittrundle · 06/09/2016 14:55

Noah but only by a smidgen Smile

RiverTam · 06/09/2016 14:55

But most people will say no to Noah because too popular, and no to Riley, too Amercian.

SteviebunsBottrittrundle · 06/09/2016 14:57

Haha yes rivertam! I would put money on your prediction coming true. Noah is more popular among young boys rather than babies in my recent experience. I haven't met / heard of a Noah under the age of 2 in ages.

user999 · 06/09/2016 14:58

Noah, Riley won't date well Imo.

orangetango123 · 06/09/2016 15:07

Thank you

RiverTam · 06/09/2016 15:14

Really? Hmm

orangetango123 · 06/09/2016 15:26

A girl? Grin a boy...

katemess12 · 06/09/2016 21:18

Riley.

I know a couple and they're all gorgeous. One is now in his mid-20s, so the "it won't date well" thing is obviously untrue.

I don't like Noah. It's just too old-man-with-an-ark-and-two-of-every-animal to me.

Canyouforgiveher · 06/09/2016 22:53

I like both but for what it's worth, Riley is very much a girl's name in the US. I know several - all girls.

PointlessUsername · 06/09/2016 23:00

Riley

MitzyLeFrouf · 07/09/2016 11:15

I know a little girl called Riley and she's a delight. On the other hand a little boy called Noah accidentally broke my favourite mug. So I prefer Riley! Grin

MitzyLeFrouf · 07/09/2016 11:17

Riley is a surname, a bad one at that

What makes it a bad surname??

Pipilangstrumpf · 07/09/2016 11:18

I find Noa/Noah very feminine sounding.
