Guilty pleasure names?

What are your personal guilty pleasure names & what are your favourite/s from my list?

Most of these I would consider using but some are GPs*

From your list I love Atticus and Robin. Some of the others are ok but not my favourites and I don't like Jace, Riff, Beck, Frankie or Finn.

I don't feel all that guilty about it but I know a lot of people don't like these girl names, which I really do:

Star (one of my favourite names but I don't think my DH would let me use it in a million years)

Clementine is mine. DP hates it plus I know I would bottle out of calling DD after a fruit.

Clementine was on my list for DD! So funny, I nearly wrote that on my list above^^ but thought "nah that's totally acceptable and not a guilty pleasure"!

I'd love a Frederick, you could really belt it out across the playground...
Arabella is another one that was way to posh for us in real life. I'm in Ireland, so that type of name just doesn't work. Naming a child Atticus or similar would unfortunately result in a lifetime of being mocked mercilessly.

I always thought Chaos would make a great sounding name. Brilliant for a toddler or a teen, too!

18mo DD would suit Chaos...

My guilty pleasures are Rafferty, Rafe, Rupert, Heathcliffe, Benedict, Hugo and Jasper.Then Merryn, Florence, Arabella, Eliza, Kitty and Emmeline. All of which are nothing like my children's names.

I love Atticus, Felix, Robin and Zachary from your list. But I can't see what's guilty pleasure about any of them bar Atticus. Felix, Robin and Zachary were on my shortlist for at least 2 of my 3 DDs, had they been boys. I think they're quite normal?

I don't think any of those names are that out there, are they? I'm sure I've seen most of them crop up in this section quite frequently.

Never heard of Jace before, though. Where does that come from?

One of your asterisked names is my surname. People often think I'm being an awkward arse giving my "nickname" not surname when asked!

Persephone and Alaric are my guilty pleasure names. Will never use either of them.
