Boy name needed surfer/unusual/nature

Please help! My DH and I have very different ideas about names. I like old and unusual but he thinks they are all posh (!) and he wants a cool surfer type name. I think they sound too American (I am in UK). I would also like a name that had a meaning in nature somehow as both our names do.

I am realy struggling. At the moment his favourite is Travis, which is ok but I think a bit American. I like Dexter but he says that is a breed of cow! Also I think it is creeping up the charts a bit. Anyway, any suggestions?! Boys name. Thanks!

Zephyr is a very light breeze, merely a breath of air

Everest? It has the heavy V like Travis, and is very outdoorsy/naturey! I don't think it sounds very Americany. Sorted!

I had another thought for you.
Beaumont. Means Beautiful Mountain. Beau and Monty are great nicknames.

The actual surfers I know (not counting DH, whose name is way too identifying) are called Mark, Mark and, um, Mark. Oh, and an Andrew, who is always known by a silly nickname based on his surname.

Some quite cool/outdoorsy young boys I know or have met: Finn(x2), Ashton, Freddie, Cormac, Ethan, Leo.

Jesse? I have an ancestor a few generations back so it's got the old element. And he could be nicknamed JJ Smile
