Just no, right? :(

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
CherryBonBon · 11/08/2015 21:05

Nope.

Makes me think of the wee fat fella from Brookie.

PotteringAlong · 11/08/2015 21:06

No. But thinking about a baby called sinbad has made me laugh Grin

YeOldeTrout · 11/08/2015 21:15

Great name for a cat.

alittleegglayonaleaf · 11/08/2015 21:20

LOVE really handsome and cute for a boy

TheCowThatLaughs · 11/08/2015 21:20

Sinbad
Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 11/08/2015 21:26

Are you serious.
A big fat N.O.
Being different is one thing. Being silly and potentially setting your poor child up to a life time of teasing is quite another.
Yes adorable for a cuddly cute kitten but not for a baby

If you had another boy at a later date you could name him popeye though? Just a thought....

loveliesbleeding1 · 11/08/2015 21:33

Absolutely no question about it, no.

Costacoffeeplease · 11/08/2015 21:37

Haha that you even asked!

SnortbertHumplesplink · 11/08/2015 21:39

Who is the big bloke with the name card (apart from Thomas Henry Sweeney - I can read)?

OP posts:
sebsmummy1 · 11/08/2015 21:43

God no.

MyPelvicFloorTrainsItself · 11/08/2015 21:57

It's a bit too chavvy.

moreshitandnofuckingredemption · 11/08/2015 21:59

Sinbad from Brookside.

ReggaeShark · 11/08/2015 21:59

This is a joke, right?

SnortbertHumplesplink · 11/08/2015 22:06

Oh dear - my only association was Sinbad the Sailor. And everyone loves a sailor. I had no idea he was also on a soap.

OP posts:
TheCowThatLaughs · 11/08/2015 22:07

It's sinbad from brookside, sinbad was his nickname I wish it was still on

LumelaMme · 11/08/2015 22:09

No.

JakeyBurd · 11/08/2015 22:16

I think it's a fab name! I've always liked it, and I don't watch Brookside so no idea what that means to some posters. Hang on - wasn't Brookie cancelled some years ago? So his peers won't have a clue, right?

As for Sinbad the sailor, what's the problem with that? It's a proper name, unlike Popeye which isn't.

Go for it, OP, it's fine.
