baby boy 6 days old still no name

i have a boy whos 6 days old. im finding it real hard to find a name. our last name is jones...i dont want anything thats j or j sounding...any ideas?

I think Max Jones sounds a bit short.

how about Ellis instead of Elliot?

I like Hayden actually, Hayden Jones goes pretty well.

I'd avoid anything top ten with such a common surname if it was me. How about:

Nicolas (Nico) Jones

Patrick Jones

or Dexter Jones maybe?

I thought Dexter too (although it's not my usual style - but Dexter Jones is nice, and Dexter seems a good middle ground between the other names you like).

Out loud, Dom Jones sounds an awful lot like Tom Jones.

And honestly the number of people who genuinely suggested names like:

My boyfriend's last name is Jones and all the boys names I really have ever liked start with Js, might have to double barrel my name if we ever have kids haha.

I can think of Zachary, Max, Samuel, Alexander, Oliver, Rupert, Luca, Matthew, Reuben, Bradley...

Maxim is another longer option for Max? I think Max Elliott is great.
