Oh god no, it's bloody awful. I don't mind a bit of old lady chic but Evadne is a step to far. You may as well pick Enid or Gertrude.

Daphne and Evangeline are lovely but Evadne and Ariadne are awful. But then I can't stand Adelaide either and everyone on MN seems to love that.

I only like Ariadne because I once knew a lovely young woman who did work experience with us. She was exquisite and now for me, her name always will be.

I have one! It really suits her and is a lovely name to say hundreds of times a day. Clearly I'm biased but I would recommend it. I am currently despairing of finding a name for DC2 that I love half as much.
