Girls:
•Harriet- Hatty as nn - quite like it. There always seem to a steady number around where I teach but never hundreds
• Camilla - really like it. Only know 3 (and one's an adult)
• Catherine - Kitty as nn - like Catherine a lot, not so keen on Kitty
• Edith - it's ok. Like Edie as a nn
- Nancy - don't like this
- Annabel - really like it
- Allegra - like it - as long as the nn is Ally not Leggy!
- Arabella - love it
Boys-
- Henry - like it but obviously no good if your partner doesn't
• Alistair - like it
• Edward/Ted (too popular?) - really like Edward but not Ted. How about Ed/Eddie?
• Gregory (would this work with Georgia?) - quite like it and don't see why it can't go with Georgia
- Arthur - not keen
- Albert/Bertie - not keen. I can't seem to get past the old man connotations with Arthur and Albert
