Willow or Orla Addy

As title says - Willow or Orla? Surname Addy. (A-d-ee).

Middle name Rose or Lynn - our mums names names.

Not keen on the rose with it.

Willow sounds best with your surname, even though I love Orla, it sounds wrong with the repeated a a sound.

Orla sounds too much like 'already' with your surname.

Orla not good with Addy

Orla merges into Or Laddy with your surname I think. It is a lovely name, but I think it needs a consonant at the start of the surname.

What about Opel instead

Willowaddy hmm it sort of runs into itself as well. Love Willow though. I'm sure it will be fine.

Yes, it does doesn't it. I think a consonant sounding ending flows best with Addy.

I think it needs to be a shorter or longer name sorry. Or something two syllables with an a at the end

Orla Rose was our original name!! Orla Rose or Willow Lynn....

Willow Addy is making me think Showaddywaddy.

Opel is the trading name for General Motors in Ireland box Opel Addy sounds like a car to me

I don't like Willow with either of the middle names (don't think they flow)..

I like Orla, more as a nickname for Orlaith in my opinion. and I think Orlaith Rose is a very pretty name.

The trouble is the two names sound like Orla Raddy and Willow Waddy. Both pretty names though.

I'm confused. How can one be a nickname for the other? They're different spellings of the same name and pronounced the same

as in baby would be formally Orlaith but could drop the ith when writing name as a nickname.

Orla is simply a different spelling for the same name Orlaith. I have 2 Orlas in my family that is how they spell their name.
