Jayden Lee or Mason ??

Hi this is my first baby and I've been unsure on names since day 1!!

These two have stuck with me for a while all though I do keep going on and off both! I don't have a middle name for Mason yet, as I can't think of any, so ideas are welcome!

But I do like it and Jayden Lee isn't a double barrelled name or anything he'll just be called Jayden, but I just like the sound of lee with it :)

What do you think, I wasn't too sure if these were 'chavvy' or 'common' names !

Just recounting my experience. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would hate my kids' names. I wouldn't care because I like them. So I wouldn't ask on a public forum.

Has to be a wind up. Has to be.

Well exactly. There's responding to a post saying 'I'm not sure about X' with 'Have you thought about Y', and then there's just being an ill-mannered twat.

Hahaha Mrs D you're about as far out with that image as it's possible to be! Grin

Well no I don't think having opinions on names has anything to do with morals really, does it? It just means I've got opinions on names, surely? Confused

Why do people have to be so Fucking NAsTY ????

Really shows you in a very poor light buddybutters

BuddyButters · 30/03/2014 21:19

Oh well. The OP asked "What do you think?" and mentioned being unsure whether the names were considered common or chavvy.

I obviously misread it as asking for opinions Grin

Oh Buddy, please. "having standards?" "17 year old 21 stone mothers"? You win the award for twattiest MN posts of the week.

Theonlyoneiknow · 30/03/2014 21:27

What eatshitderek has said, can give an opinión without being downright rude.

I have had similar things said about my DS's very much disapproved on MN name and was actually in tears because of it.

MoominsYonisAreScary · 30/03/2014 21:27

Are we talking actual skin heads or just people who like to shave their heads as there is a difference.

MoominsYonisAreScary · 30/03/2014 21:29

The only Jayden I knows mother is late 30s and looks like a model. He's a lovely little boy.

No but my mum made me a crimplene dress once

Anyway. I don't get the fuss. Honestly, all the Jaydens I've known HAVE been, um.....yeah. But then I do live on quite a rough estate (seriously, VERY few crimplene skirt suits Grin) and a lot of kids with more traditional names are um.......yeah too :)

I bet if you ask schoolteachers there are loads of names they wouldn't pick due to bad associations. I picked my DS1s name because it was the name of a little boy I knew years ago, who was the nicest little boy I'd ever met up til then. The name therefore had good associations.
