Do you think they'll go super traditional or modern like her bro's kids (savannah and Isla iirc?)

Phoebe Zara Anne

Verity Zarah Anne

Really diddl? Do you know why? Is there an axe murdering great cousin or something?

MerryWinterfel · 19/01/2014 20:09

*Zara I mean.

Butterfly82 · 19/01/2014 21:29

Maybe Grace, Annabella or Amelia

Ikeameatballs · 19/01/2014 21:32

Honor

diddl · 20/01/2014 08:16

No idea, Merry-although I see he has Theo as one of his middle names.

Perhaps they wanted Theo & it was thought of as a nickname?

Edward's an Earl atm isn't he?

Will become Duke of Edinburgh when both the Queen & Prince Philip are deceased?

NakedTigarCub · 20/01/2014 08:31

Linda or Zoe!

ShesARumUn · 20/01/2014 08:54

Matilda

Algorithm · 20/01/2014 09:32

I reckon Poppy could be an option, but I think Alice or Charlotte would be great :) royal connotation but nothing too 'posh' or royal. I think there is also sensibility behind them having certain names they can't touch for Kate and Wills future children - definitely no Elizabeth, Diana or Carole for Zara and Mike. I hope that if they like Phillipa they can use it despite P Middy Grin

ajandjjmum · 20/01/2014 10:04

Olympia.

I don't think Edward is entitled to become Duke of Edinburgh, but that an understanding has been reached that it would be passed on him, following the death of his father.

Mark Phillips was offered a title, which would have meant that his DC would have titles too, but turned it down. Not like Lord Snowden, who was given his title on his marriage to Princess Margaret, which meant their children had royal titles.

Really must do some work!

MsJJones · 21/01/2014 12:03

They probably wanted to call her Poppy but are now trying to come up with something else!

Bowlersarm · 21/01/2014 12:05

Has there been no news yet?

mummytime · 21/01/2014 12:12

Oh I wish the Daily Mail would interview me, I could give the exclusive.....

It is obviously going to be.....

Chardonney Balmoral

MerryWinterfel · 21/01/2014 12:24

Its impossible to guess really because they dont have the restrictions Will and Kate had.

MerryWinterfel · 21/01/2014 12:24

Olympia is good!

ajandjjmum · 21/01/2014 12:43

I thought so too Merry - do you think I should email the Palace, for them to pass on the suggestion?!!! Grin

TheWave · 21/01/2014 12:47

I think posh ish but not necessarily regal. And one that will have a good nickname.

Say Felicity, or Tamsin for example.

MaeveWest · 21/01/2014 12:48

Olympia is lovely!

I don't think it'll be that, but I reckon it could be as surprising as that, because they will just choose whatever they like. They won't be told what not to use I bet. It will be what they like and no more or less.

PestoStormissimos · 21/01/2014 12:50

Araminta - Minty for short

oscarwilde · 21/01/2014 12:58

India (but doesn't go with Tindall v well)
Alexandra (Lexie for short)
Charlotte (Lotta/Lottie)

I think Nemesis would work really well Grin

Hulababy · 23/01/2014 16:07

It's Mia Grace :)

louloutheshamed · 23/01/2014 16:21

Oh

Bit dull?

And don't like the connotations of Mia.

Olympia would have been much better Grin

OP posts:
HoratiaDrelincourt · 23/01/2014 16:24

For a horsewoman I'd think using Olympia was like his choosing Twickenham nn Tiggy Grin

Seminyak · 23/01/2014 16:26

It's soooo dull! Owh. I wanted them to go for something at least outside of the top 10!

(Have no idea where Mia or Grace are in the popularity stakes, but must be v high!!! I know IABU)

Chippingnortonset123 · 23/01/2014 16:29

What is wrong with Zoe?

MerryWinterfel · 23/01/2014 17:09

What are the connotations of Mia?
