I really like the name Joan. I think it's pretty and it's very underused ime.

Anyone else like this lovely name or am I on my own with Joan ;) ?

I'm afraid I've never liked Jean - Joan IMO is slightly 'older' and therefore on its way back in.

My granny is called it - she actively dislikes it & forbade (she's like that) her children from using it as a name/ middle name for their own children.
