How many Islas do you know?

This is a front runner for dc2. On here it seems popular but I only know of one!

5 but I do go to alot of toddler groups.
My friend is preg with an Isla right now and also my hairdressers sister is expecting an Isla she was saying last week shes gutted cos she wanted that name.

I know two under five.

I know 7, aged from 2 to 7. I'm not a teacher or child minder etc. They're all either at DS1's nursery or they're friends children. I'm in Scotland. Pretty name but I think it's probably the 'Claire' or 'Lisa' of this generation (I'm a 70's child!).

My 4 yo is called Isla

My DD, she is just about to turn 6, I thought that it was unusual, but there are at least two others in our village school, one other in her year group, turns out I was on trend. It was 30 something in the list of most popular names in 2007.

I know 3, one is 5, one is 2 and the other is under 1.

I'm in Scotland and they seem to be everywhere.

i'm.in norfolk and i know four islas. the eldest is 8 and the others are 2-4yrs old.

Just one. My DD. she is half Scottish so we wanted a name which reflected that.

I love the name and so happy we chose it for DD - she's 4. When she was born Isla wasn't even on the popular names list but now its high up there.

Three under 3 yrs and one adult. Pretty name, though.

About 46 million. Seriously, it seems like they all get called Isla round here.
