Asa rufus sounds better imo, the S sounds are too close together in Rufus Asa

UpTheFRIGGinDuff · 15/09/2013 17:17

Oh and the repetition of names is because the lists were complied over several years months, and every time I went through and deleted repeats,my iPad added them back in Angry

I had a relative called Beulah, I think it's fab.

Alisvolatpropiis · 15/09/2013 17:58

Clara Celeste

And

Torrin Jude (Torin is usually spelt with just the one r though?)

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 15/09/2013 18:36

You know you're over-thinking this, yes? :)

Adore Hester and Bartholomew, so I'll choose those two.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 15/09/2013 18:38

Flora Mabel is nice but Mabel Ivy isn't good imho.
Bartholomew Asa sounds nice - much better than Asa Rufus or Rufus Asa imho.

UpTheFRIGGinDuff · 15/09/2013 18:49

The names you have picked out are lovely. I noticed on your boys list there is a couple of Cornish names, do you like any for girls?
A couple of my favourites are Lowenna or Lamorna.

Loveyouthree · 15/09/2013 19:31

Posy and Jude!

Orrrr Nancy? Ours was going to be a Nancy but she didn't look like one :(

Omg, just realised my choices sound like Punch and Judy good job I'm not pregnant with twins

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 15/09/2013 19:49

Love Posy - I wanted it for dd2. She says she would've killed herself if she'd been named it, though. :)

DustyBinAteMyCat · 15/09/2013 19:53

We have quite similar taste op. I may save your lists for when i have another.

My top names are all on your lists - audrey, scout , ottilie and Jude.

I have an Arlo.

UpTheFRIGGinDuff · 15/09/2013 20:04

Girls- 1st choice Merryn, 2nd choice Romilly

Boys-struggling a bit. Favourite probably Albie. Then Kip and then Roan (but don't like your spelling of Roan).

DustyBinAteMyCat · 15/09/2013 20:07

high five!!

I would personally avoid any ending in 'o' then.

I'll be coming to you if i ever get pregnant!

DustyBinAteMyCat · 15/09/2013 20:08

...and i love Esther too

UpTheFRIGGinDuff · 15/09/2013 20:12
